Pro Shop Plumbing Return and Cancellation Policy

Acceptable Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
All items must be approved by ProShopPlumbing prior to return.
All items must have been purchased from ProShopPlumbing.
Items must be clean and in original packaging with no damage: no worksite dust, dirt or moisture and must not have been installed. Cartons must be free of marks or writing.
Items must be returned within 60 days of Invoice (date material shipped to customer or their agent).
Clearance & Closeouts are sold "As-Is" and may not be returned.

Stock Returns

Stock items that meet all above criteria will be accepted for return.
While restocking fees are not normally charged for Stock returns, we reserve the right to charge repackaging or restocking fees when deemed necessary.
Items shipped via LTL must be pre-approved by ProShopPlumbing prior to return and the customer will be responsible for all return freight expense.

Nonstock Cancellations and/or Returns

Nonstock items are considered special orders and are therefore subject to their own return/cancellation policy.

These typically include:
Items fabricated to your specifications: Cabinets, Counter Tops, Shower Panels, Doors and others.

Many manufacturers consider all of their products built to order and so determined as Special Order.

Special order items may be returned only if the item is determined to be defective by the manufacture or is damaged prior to receipt by customer or their agent.
We will make every effort to assist you in communicating with the manufacture during this process.

Warranty Returns

When making a warranty claim, credit is subject to manufacturer approval and the customer should follow all recommended processes in the manufacturer’s warranty policy applying to their claim.
If the item has been installed and a defect is then found, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and pursuing the standard warranty procedure with said manufacturer.
We will help guide the customer through the warranty process, however due to manufacturer constraints we may not be able to take an installed item back for return.
We will issue credit, provide replacement parts, repair or send you a replacement based on the Manufacturer's policy.
Defective goods must be returned within 30 days of failure. Following these guidelines will insure a higher likelihood of approval for credit.
ProShopPlumbing is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or removing items purchased.

Damaged Goods

All items shipped LTL and claimed to be damaged must have been inspected and written as damaged on the freight bill at time of delivery.
ProShopPlumbing is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or removing items purchased.

Product Images

Please note that all product images are only illustrations of a basic description of what the product may look like and may differ
from the product being shipped. The item number listed on the order confirmation will be the item that will be shipped and if
that item represented by the confirmation is unacceptable the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges.
